3 Bedroom Condo in Mammoth Lakes

This beautiful condo is located at the end of a quiet street, next to the natural forest where you can ski through the woods in the winter to Little Eagle Ski Lift. Or hike through the woods in the spring, summer and fall. If you prefer to take a free shuttle bus to the ski resort, our street is on the shuttle route.
This condo is a three story unit. The first floor is the garage, mudroom, and hallway for taking off all your ski or hiking gear.
The garage is for one car only since we have firewood taking up space on one side of the garage. The vehicle must be no longer than 17 feet which is the length of the garage. If you have more than one car, Those vehicles must park in town in a legal parking area. Because the snow plows need to have access, parking is only allowed in our garage.
The second floor is a large, spacious living room with a wood burning stove, a flat screen television, and an iPod docking station.
Off the living room there is an outdoor deck to sit out and enjoy the warm sun or stars at night. The fire department no longer allows guests to barbeque on the deck. Therefore, you are not able to bbq.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a brand new refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and trash compactor.
You will find all the necessary cookware, utensils and glassware that you need. There is a kitchen island with bar stools to enjoy while entertaining or relaxing.
The dining room sits 6 people comfortably.
The master bedroom is spacious and beautiful with a large picture window. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi/tub/shower area as well as another free standing shower. The sink area has two sinks and lots of room for two people to share.
As you head up to the third story, there is a half bathroom.
Then on the third level, you will find a spacious loft, two bedrooms and a full size bathroom with two sinks.
One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two bunk beds.

Summary: The location was perfect for some snow play (near Eagle Lodge and an open area at the end of the street). We appreciated the newer flooring and no shoes policy, updated kitchen appliances, and overall cleanliness. EV charging and garage parking was an added bonus. The space was ideal for our family of 4. Mary-Ellen was very communicative and a welcoming host. We would stay here again.

Summary: Our family of four stayed in this wonderful condo for 3 nights over President’s Day weekend. We had a blast skiing at Mammoth for our first time and this condo was the perfect place to come home to at the end of a ski day! The condo is well equipped with everything you could need. We cooked breakfast and dinner here each day, and the dishes, cooking equipment and appliances are all really nice and updated! Bedrooms were very comfortable and we had plenty of space.The condo is very close to Eagle and Canyon lodges and is on the shuttle line to the lodges. We actually ended up walking to Eagle lodge each day because it was less than a mile.Mammoth had a ton of snow— they had just received 6 feet of snow in 36 hours so the ski conditions were incredible!The hosts were very communicative leading up to the weekend and during the weekend, answering any questions we had. The booking and rental process was so smooth and easy, and they given us lots of helpful tips about the area and the condo.We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Mammoth, and we highly recommend this home!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Summary: Amazing condo, plenty of room for large families, and easy access to Canyon Lodge, as well as a trail to ski down to Eagle Lodge to the lifts. Plenty of sledding and just a quick drive to Tamarack for snow shoeing. Host was excellent, easy to check in and out, wonderful accommodations!

Summary: The condo is immaculate. The kitchen in particular is thoroughly stocked with clean and new cookware — no flaking teflon pans! We also appreciated the downstairs mudroom for removing and storing snow-caked ski boots.The condo complex itself borders wilderness, so it’s not surrounded by buildings, like other parts of Mammoth.

Summary: This place was just right for our family. It had ample room the kids, and it had a great layout. The kitchen was nice, the living room cozy, and the bedrooms were roomy. The place was also very CLEAN and communication w/ property manager/owner was easy. The location was great, central to eagle and the village, with the local bus just down the street, very convenient.
